In the United States, just about everwhere we turn we can expect to see signs, posts, advertisements and campaigns for new Holiday, Affairs, and Events each month. But how legitimate are they? Do they serve a purpose in our lives? Or have we just gotten used to the routine of celebration for enjoyments sake?

3-4 Generations come together to Honor Ancestors

Holiday's like Independence Day, Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving--the largest and more elaborate of days are supposed to bring us together, enforce community and invoke virtues like Peace, Love, Forgiveness, Happiness, Joy and Patriotism. With all the preparation leading up to the event, we arrive on the day to Embellish in the fullness of it all in the present moment.......but what about the future?

For us, the reason we are dedicated to a Lifestyle of maintaining the Goodness and the Wellness of our Bodies, consciously, mindfully and dutifully which in turn contributes to the Larger
