An Apple a Day.

There is an old saying that goes...
"An apple a day--keeps the doctor away."

The body is designed to regenerate, restore, and replenish it is our job simply to support those efforts by monitoring what we put in our body and what we do with it. When you make healthy living + eating choices...you prevent illness, sickness, weakness and bareness from occurring in the first place.

The biggest challenge in living a healthy life...is the fear of missing out on pleasure and enjoyment.
There are so many alternatives in the World today whereas you can live the life you like.

For instance, I have a sweet tooth.
To keep from visiting the dentist I choose fruit bars, dried fruit, smoothies, and the like that surprisingly very sweet and satisfying.
I know that it is healthy for me because it's all natural.
